Hey, We're Calbrio!

Hi, I'm Oli, founder of Calbrio.

If you've got a minute, I'd like to share the reasons I started Calbrio and our journey up till now.

It all started back in 2020. At that time, I worked as a product manager for an online retailer, where we were building a new subscription product.

Our product was great, and we were growing fast. But behind the scenes, we were struggling. We were spending all our time managing our backlog, we could no longer find uninterrupted time for focused work, and projects started to take longer than expected.

So we started looking for a product management tool. We needed something to help us communicate ideas, prioritise the most valuable things to work on next and measure the impact of our work once it was shipped. Simple as that.

We tried a few tools, but they were complicated, hard to use and fragmented. These tools confused our team, took time to manage, and ultimately worsened things. Our problems continued.

Frustrated, we decided to build our own simple product management app that codified our product development approach. A few months later, we had something ready. We started using this tool within our team.

Immediately things started to improve! We regained the sense of order and calmness we'd been craving. We found it easier to work together, we began to ship valuable features more frequently, and we could spend more time focused on building an excellent product for our customers.

Since then, I got the chance to work with other product teams in other companies. I saw the same challenges we had faced. I began to realise others might benefit from using our product management app!

So we polished it up, priced it fairly, put it on the market and named it Calbrio. Now any product team can utilise our opinionated, simplified and reimagined product development approach, and many are using it to ship valuable work faster.

We're so grateful that Calbrio is now helping our customers develop and ship valuable products. I am at your service, as is everyone at Calbrio. Our job is to help you do your job better.
